Applied to rent a unit at this place. I knew I had some issues with credit and advised that to the staff before starting the application and was told my issue was not problem. Later in the day I got a call saying my app was denied. It was denied for the same thing I told the staff about prior to paying my $50 app fee.
I demanded a app refund because I was lied to. Of course no refunds but the manager said she could help. They reviewed my app and told me if I pay off this 1 issue they would accept my app.
The next day I needed reassurance before making this payment so I called the office to ask if they were sure if I payoff my issue they would rent to me and was told no my app would still be denied.
Long story short, they will lie to you. I got told 3 different lies in 2 days by 3 different staff members. I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money they wanted me too. They would have still not rented to me. I think they get commissions on how many apps are filed whether approved or denied.
