After moving into my apartment back in April, I was very impressed with the complex. The staff was amazing and maintenance was super friendly and timely. After a few short months into the lease, the entire office staff was fired and a whole new staff came in. We had people move in above us three months ago and are extremely loud and inconsiderate of the people living around them. We have put in multiple noise complaints with the office staff and they haven't done anything to fix this issue. The new office staff isn't friendly and ignores any kind of issues that come their way. The only people that are nice is Kelly and the maintenance team. The complex at one point had garbage overflowing out of the dumpster for weeks at a time. By my unit it took them 6 months to replace the lights in the parking lot, making it super dangerous for people to be walking outside at night. We had our floors upgraded because the floor was unleveled and caving in and when the third party contractors came in they did an AWFUL job on replacing the tile. The carpet is now ripping up and making it even more of an issue to walk on. We had put in an emergency request for a toilet chain breaking and were told that this wasn't an emergency and wouldn't be fixed for another 4 days. Oh and another thing that seems to happen almost every month is the complex turning the water off for 5 hours during the day. For the price that I am paying each month, I could be getting a better deal elsewhere with nicer staff that actually care.
