The leasing process and the move in was easy and not stressful at all. The maintenance orders were carried out fast. Very quiet community. Feel safe. Best overall of all the communities I have stayed at.

The staff at Gran Bay have been nothing short of excellent. Extremely polite, professional and responsive when it comes to things needing taken care of. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities are up to date. Ease of access to staff is also key.

My experience has been very positive. The team is responsive, polite and professional. The property is well maintained. The residents are very respectful. It is a peaceful place to live. My apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.

The apartment was not cleaned prior to the move in and had to pay rent even though it was not ready . I had several issues with my refrigerator and maintenance never could fix it my air conditioner went out . Overall a bad experience

My experience here have not been bad. The first 6 years was great it felt like management was more visible around the grounds. with new management came new atmosphere and rent raises no new benefits.

Significantly updated and modern. The price is too much for the square footage of the apartments. Maintenance takes forever to fix a problem. Overall, great area to live in and great amenities as well!
