DO NOT MOVE HERE! They raised my rent from year 1 to year 2 by $100/month, have a terrible management team, and the apartments look nice but are not well built. I hear my neighbors all the time, along with their dogs and I've called to complain many times with no help. Another neighbor moved out, and they told me they were charged over $1k in damages, even though there were none. Not to mention the times I've heard the people at the front office fighting with tenants about work orders. Best of all, they send out emails to get us (the residents) to give good ratings on websites like this and give them prizes for good ratings. Absolutely insane! Like I said, do NOT move here! It's been the worst experience!
