I have just recently moved into a one bedroom apartment at Hacienda Club and to say that I am already pleased by the staff, grounds, and overall experience here is a gross understatement. I was greeted pleasantly when my mother and I arrived at the leasing office by Shannon and was very quick to grab keys to show me two apartments that I was interested in and took the time to show me all of the MANY amenities that the community has to offer. She was incredibly straightforward and honest about the history of the community, the owners, staff and maintenance and answered all of my questions with a beyond satisfaction answer. She was very thorough, business like but had a wonderful personality and warmness about her. She made the application process astoundingly easy and pain free, since apply for apartments can be such a headache. When I came back the next day after my application was approved, she had everything ready for me to sign and her staff was more than eager to assist me with anything. This has been a fantastic start to my stay here and look forward to living here for quite some time.
