My move-in date was on May 18th but I chose to move in on May 19 as I was driving from a different state. The agent Natasha Cullens was working with me for the move and knew everything about my plan. The week of my move-in, she was irregular with the communication. She did not respond to my email that week and when I called the office, I was told she was not in the office. I spoke with someone else in the office but I still did not get enough support about my move in. Two days before my move in i.e.17th May, I got hold of her and sent all the required documents and dues through before my move-in, expecting a response back and help with the move in instructions but nothing came my way. I called the office again on 18th May, which was technically my actual move in date and spoke with Linda who told me Natasha is again out of office and did not pass on any of the information to any other team member before leaving. I had to resend everything to Linda who could not locate any of my documents and file in the office. Finally, Linda was very kind to help me with everything and helped me move in on the 19th, when I arrived in Jax. I had a big list of issues in the apartment when I moved in, namely - Pests, slow water flow in the shower and sinks, dirty Patio, Noisy Air Condition and the dishwasher, etc. but I have so far received response for just a few of them and for the rest, I have been told that the maintenance cannot do anything about it. Well, I am really disappointed with some aspects of this community and wish I had known all this before moving. Above all this, the trash compactor has not been cleaned once since I have arrived and the trash has been pilling up in huge piles and mountains. It stinks and there are flies hovering over them all over. This is certainly very unhygienic and unhealthy for the residents.
