This place has it's ups and downs. I was here when the old manager was here and when Carlita was asst manager. When she was the asst manager she was alright and then when she became manager she did a 180. She definitely didnt know how to talk to people and neither did the people in the office. I don't understand the purpose of being rude and nasty to people and people wonder why people do things to people. If she is unhappy with her job she should've stayed in the asst manager position. When I first moved up there I told her I thought she was a nice person and she told me that a lot of people didnt think so(now i see what they mean). I had my celing collaspe in and I had problems with the plumbing also but the townhomes are real spacious.
