Neighbors are not the kindest parking is bad and water quality isn't great. Water doesn't stay hot for very long. You can hear full convo of people standing by stairs when I'm in apartment. The fire alarm goes off and continues to wake my infants.

My experience here has been great. The Lux and Sorrel Apartments consist of a very diverse community. The staff is awesome. The dog park, community areas, and guest retreat rooms are some of the best I have seen.

It's been wonderful thus far, I enjoy it, it's quiet and safe. neighbors are very considerate and amazing. The only thing the wall sound proofing are not the great. The staffs and maintenance team are an excellent group of individuals and professionals.

Staff is wonderful, and there are great amenities. The quality of the appliances in the units could be better. Also, there is rarely coffee available in the common area coffee machine. I would also like the corridors to be cleaner.

Really professional and nice stuff, always helpful. Apartments in walk distance to walmart and other stories. Quiet area and clean place, just a few miles to beaches. There is beautiful pool and gym. Like it.

Lack of management presence, no on site management. There is also a lack of security as we have never seen a security person since this mgmt team took over. Pool and surrounding area poorly maintained.
