The gate for the community entrance/exit needs to be fixed. Too many outsiders using our amenities and abusing them. Community should not have to worry about things like this. Other than that I would recommend Eastport to friends and family.

We will be issuing parking permits once the entry and exit gates are fully operational. Hopefully this will help determine our resident's from guest. We have guest parking throughout the property. Love this community! The staff and maintenance personnel are very friendly and it's conveniently located to a major shopping mall and schools. The pool area is very nice and always clean. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone that I know.

Thank you for your feedback! I am glad we were able to get you taken care of, I apologize for things not being up to your standards when you moved in. We will be pressure washing all breezeways once the painting of the buildings have been completed. We are in the process of repairing the gate, but unfortunately with any gate system people are going to abuse the system by forcing their way through. We will be placing a camera system at the gate to monitor this issue. Right now all residents are being issued parking permits with all of their information stored on file. This should control the parking spaces and all guest should park in the designated areas. Thank you again for your input, we really appreciate you.
