over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hi there, thank you for leaving your feedback. We would like to take this opportunity to address some of your concerns. The team has adjusted their cleaning schedule and daily tasks to address the elevators, breezeways and stairwells more often throughout the week. You will also notice a fresh paint update on our stairwells to get rid of those pesky stains! If you do notice any problem areas, please let them know so they can address them! Management also performs valet trash and breezeway checks each day to ensure trash cans are brought inside daily. The team has since resumed all work orders, and amenities will be opening with certain restrictions in place.
