Management here at Steele Creek appreciates the feedback in which our residents provide. This feedback helps us improve and provide more quality service to our residents. While we understand your frustrations and take them into great consideration, we would like to note a few things regarding your review: Steele Creek and Hercules Living have closely monitored the developing situation regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic. While other gym facilities in the surrounding areas were open and readily available, it was determined that for the safety of our residents and staff, the gym and interior amenities would remain closed for a longer period of time. We are excited to inform you and others that our gym has officially re-opened 24 hours, 7 Days a Week. All the interior amenities are currently open 6am to 10pm. While we do understand (and encourage) that residents will have guests from time to time visiting their apartments, we do kindly ask that both residents and their guests take into consideration their noise levels while enjoying themselves. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, apartment communities have seen an influx of residents working from home. With more resident's home throughout the day, more noise is generated and tolerance for excessive noise is short among neighbors. Minor children under the age of 18 Years Old can be added to a resident's lease at any time with no charge. Once listed on the lease, all names listed on your lease contract are more than welcome to accompany you to the swimming pool and other amenities. The staff here at Steele Creek Apartments is committed to providing excellent service and assistance to each resident. We pride ourselves on the happiness and satisfaction of our residents. Should you feel there is more that can be done for you, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you in person or via phone. We apologize to hear that you are frustrated with resident parking. Steele Creek is built on a rather large footprint for the number of apartments onsite and we do enforce the 1 vehicle per resident policy but we understand those up front spots are precious! Since all parking is first come, first serve, we do have attached garages available for rent if you're interested in your own designated, indoor space with direct access to the building from inside! We encourage you to reach out to the office regarding your review of the grounds and safety of the community so we may address your concerns as our number 1 goal is resident satisfaction! The Nest Thermostat is a well loved feature that all of our residents utilize, and love being able to control wirelessly from their phones!
