If you're looking for a super cheap (read less than $500) place, this would be it. THe street is fairly quiet and the staff is really nice. Parking is good, and there is plenty, I've had to park on the other side of the parking lot once or twice, but that's about it. The walls are cinder brick and I've never heard my neighbors. The grounds are about what you would would expect for the price, so there is no sunbathing on lush green hills here. There is a fishing pond though. The place is fairly safe, though once in a while you will hear some jackass spinning their tires. I would like the lights outside the doors to be brighter though. I've never had a maintenance problem in 7 months here. I've never lived in an apartment before, only rented houses, but for the money this was a good place. Remember though, you do get what you pay for, don't come here expecting the Ritz. It's more like a Super 8.
