The apartment complex is in a very convenient location however the maintenance team at the complex is very questionable. Its been quite some time since Ive been happy with them completing the job or doing a good job!!

Im not totally satisfied with the amenities not available as promised to me before I signed the contract mostly but not only the gym is not available more than half of the day the not allowed of visitors in pool or anywhere except the apartment

No concerns & helpful staff. I appreciate the care during the year & the wonderful treats as well. I dont drink but Happy Hours residents enjoy the gathering. Interesting topics shared during the lock down to entertain us home.

Clean, quite most of all I feel safe very safe. Very close to shops, groceries, pharmacy, health care facilities, churches, post office, FEDEX, UPS, hair saloon, nail & body massage spa. It is very convenient.

Apartments are beautiful and new and maintenance team takes care of needs. Management team is made up of young folks, which is not suited to the needs of the over 55 residents. Management team does not enforce the written rules and regulations.
