Arbors of Sendera

I'm one of the owners at these apartments. It was sold as a "condo" but they're really apartments, or i'm not sure I know the difference. Anyways. after fixing a few holes in the wall, and buying a new air conditioning unit and replacing the floors in my unit along with the old crappy stove. the place is actually quite comfortable for a couple to live in. I can't say the same for families who try to cram 4 or 5 people in a unit considering there are only 2 bedrooms. my upstairs neighbor speaks on their cellphone at night outside in their screened patio and I could hear muffled conversation downstairs since i sleep very near the window in my bedroom, but turning on the ceiling fan is enough to silence out that noise. besides that there are no other noises which bother me. except for one time when I woke up at 2AM in the morning to listen to an enraged young woman screaming at her (I assume to be) boyfriend about how much she hated him for cheating. anyways I called the police, and they came and told them they cannot be shouting outside in the middle of the night. this is the first time this has happened to me in two years living there. the front security gate has been rammed into or forcibly pushed open so many times, that the management has decided to stop repairing it considering it was a new repair job they were doing every week seemingly. management is becoming very strict recently on what you keep inside your screened patio. you cannot keep anything in there it seems unless its a chair or table or bike or potted plant. that's it... so i basically ignore that i even do have a screened patio. this property is near a middle school, and as usual, when school is out, you'll see the kinds who walk home from school walking around the neighborhood. these kids are barely 13 years old and yet they walk around pretending to be gangstas and thugs... but you know in the end of the day they are still going to go home to mama. New management listens to complaints and acts upon it, and that includes complaints from the owners also. the HOA fee for a 2 bedroom is about $213 per month. but if you're just renting then you dont have to worry about the HOA fee and Arbors of Sendera is an OKAY place to live at. the garbage is SMELLY AS HELL, however i admit i have a low tolerance for garbage smell. so its probably just as stinky as any other garbage tank. its one of those compactor things which apparently only gets emptied once per week. so empty your trash the day after its emptied, not before. in conclusion... would I recommend this place? Yes. its not a super fantastic fabulous neighborhood, but its low-income enough to be in a comfortable place without going crazy with a high rent-bill per month. Or if you own once you pay it off in cash, you only have the HOA fee to worry about and nothing else. If you're willing to put up with a little baby mama drama once every year or two i think its a good place to live if you're on a budget.
