Office Staff
No hot water for over 2 months, my service request still says "in progress." No Air Condioner for 2 months, with 10 different service requests filled out. Problem fixed for a day then it stops working again. Neighbors rev their car engines all hours of the night and blast their music enough to make our couch vibrate. Office closes early and maintenance doesn't ever answer their phone. Our back area has a dog poop waste basket that hasn't been changed in months and is overflowing. There is crap everywhere thanks to the stray cats (and the people who leave out cans of tuna for them.) Have been here for 5 months and can't wait to get as far from this place as possible. I can't stress this enough... you really don't want to live here!!
