Additional fees per month are now showing up on my bill. My contract says $25 for ValetTrash, but I am being charged $3 more for trash. Also, another $2.98 for a billing fee. Another, $3 for PestControl Fee. Water being wasted when the sprinklers are on. The contract is amended to fit management's needs. They are in breach of contract. There is no Safety or Security in effect. Doors are always broken, abandoned vehicles, dangerous PETS, dog feces everywhere (Osceola County, Florida - Code of Ordinances Chapter 4 - ANIMALS), dirty halls and elevators, car wash inaccessible (services are turned off), Smoking and Noise uncontrolled. Let's see what new charges show up when I move. This is not for the retired, elderly and/or disable.

    Hi Eddieace, I regret to read that we haven't met your expectations here at Cortland Hunters Creek . The valet trash and pest control fee are discussed at the time of leasing as well as in your lease agreement . The trash and billing fee is a charge set forth by your local utility company. Cortland Hunters Creek does include valet trash for the convenience of our residents at a $25.00 charge , which is included and disclosed during the leasing process and indicated on every residents' Welcome Home letter once the are approved. Your community is also patrolled by Goliath Protective Services. They can be reached at 561-460-8490 if you need assistance. Cortland Hunters Creek is a pet friendly community and our office as well as our service teams work very diligently to maintain the community in pristine condition so that everyone may enjoy it! We have all of our amenities and apartment buildings cleaned monthly. However, for those times that we do not catch a recent incident we always appreciate residents informing us so that we may quickly clean up or repair the area. All common areas are open until 10 pm with the exception of the pool which is open from dawn to dusk . Providing our residents exceptional apartment living is Cortland Hunters Creek's first priority and I invite you to visit me at the leasing office if you would like to discuss how we may improve your experience for you.
