Additional fees per month are now showing up on my bill. My contract says $25 for ValetTrash, but I am being charged $3 more for trash. Also, another $2.98 for a billing fee. Another, $3 for PestControl Fee. Water being wasted when the sprinklers are on. The contract is amended to fit management's needs. They are in breach of contract. There is no Safety or Security in effect. Doors are always broken, abandoned vehicles, dangerous PETS, dog feces everywhere (Osceola County, Florida - Code of Ordinances Chapter 4 - ANIMALS), dirty halls and elevators, car wash inaccessible (services are turned off), Smoking and Noise uncontrolled. Let's see what new charges show up when I move. This is not for the retired, elderly and/or disable.
