PRO - PROPERTY MANAGER ANA AND REGIONAL MRS. GRANGER ARE GREAT PRO - BASKETBALL COURT IS A STANDOUT CON - BIANCA (BLIANA) IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WILL RAISE HER TONE IF SHE CANT ANSWER A SIMPLE COMPLAINT CON - PROWLER AT 3AM ONE DAY AND 2AM ANOTHER DAY, HAD TO SCARE HIM OFF MY SELF, WHILE THE PROPERTY COULDNT CARE LESS OF MY WIFES SAFETY CON - TOOK OVER 5 NIGHTS TO REPSOND TO A EMERGENCY A/C ISSUE, HAD TO SLEEP AT A HOTEL I wouldn't say not to consider location because Property Manager Ana Bencosme and Regional Manager Ms. Granger are both Excellent, and Daisy is nice as well but at the same time if they are not around you will meet with people who are RUDE such as Blanca (or Bianca). I tried to pro-rate for moving out of November 1st so I can move into another location on the same day so I furniture is not sitting in a UHAUL for a 24 hours I was told NO that someone will be occupying the unit on the first. First I thought it takes a few days to have an apartment ready for another move-in not the very next day. So my wife was told with an attitude it's impossible to extend another day so we need to be out at 6pm sharp October 31st. Fine, We pro-rated the move-in for the apt we are moving into for the 31st instead. So I give in the extra pair of keys on the 1st and I asked why was my wife told we can not extend another day and Bianca (blanca) said someone is renting it out. I know she was clearly LYING to me so I said nobody is in there and she asked me how do I know (NEVER CHALLENGE A CUSTOMER), so I responded how I know and she then said well it was CANCELLED, I simply suggested that maybe someone could have let us know because we acquired about extending one day and she responded with , " ITS NOT MY JOB TO TELL YOU ANYTHING" , she got extremely rude and I asked her to please lower the voice, and told me to SIT DOWN, I told her no, so she KICKED ME OUT! I just occupied a unit for a year and I was TREATED LIKE THAT! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL BIANCA! I could say she needs alot customer service training! Customer service 101, LEARN module, Listen to the problem, Empathize with the customer, Apologize for the issue, React in a way my wife and I may one day decide to come back, Notify your manager so you can make it better. OTHER ISSUES - During my time there I had a PROWLER LOOKING INTO THE BLINDS AT MY WIFE COMING OUT THE SHOWER AND SLEEPING, TWICE AT 3AM, and previous manager Ms. Robinson didn't care, then I SLEPT IN A HOTEL FOR 5 NIGHTS BECAUSE NO ONE RESPONDED TO AN EMERGENCY A/C ISSUE! 80 degrees in my apartment! Still they didn't want to fix it because they said they WERE SHORT STAFFED! I will never consider this property again, but I do wish Ana Bencosme the best because she is a wonderful asset to the company, and others need to learn from her ASAP!
