From the staff to actually seeing the apartment, everything was horrible. Stephanie, the assistant who runs the office from the front initially told me I was approved for the apartment ... she was kind, worked with me the whole nine and explained to me it was the manager who did not wanna work with me but while the manager was away on her off days she was able to tweak things here & there such as my move in date etc. Eventually Stephanie passed me on to the manager, cant recall her name but she was nice as well. It wasn't until I was about 4 days into things that things took a turn for the worse. I was getting ready to move in and was having some complications speaking with cable and the electric company when Stephanie stated "Well you don't have to live here. Its been over 72 hours and we have your app fee & admin fee which can't be returned now." I hung up & decided that's not somewhere where I would like to stay anyway! Everyone in the reviews speak on how the staff treat them, BELIEVE THEM, glad all it took was $200 to realize this wasn't the place for me instead of being locked in a lease to have to deal with them for 12 months. Of course, they pride themselves in their ratings which I think they truly sit around & write themselves. Sad, no response needed from the office manager because I will NEVER come back & always share my experience to those around me. That is the first apartment complex I mention when people ask about where not to stay. Also, management do something about all those freaking stray cats! Animal control is an available service.
