At night there are drug deals, loud music, marijuana smoking, and driving fast around the complex. The floors they dont tell you about until its too late. The floor is laminate which when it gets ripped, the just put laminate on top of it. They keep laying more laminate flooring until they need to add another layer for a 4th time, then they rip it all out. Proper flooring should be that there is only concrete under the laminate..not another layer. The maintenance worker explained that they dont rip out the old laminate, which makes it easier to tear and costs you money out of your safety deposit when you move out. Its ridiculous. If your going to replace something...actually replace it..dont just lay more laminate on top of the other. Test it for yourself. Take your thumb and press it into the floor and look at your thumbprint it left behind. Watch out for your security deposit and waiting for it to come since they mail it to you. I almost had to take them to small claims court since it took over than a month.
