Very nice community. The entire staff are very friendly and nice and so awesome how they prepare welcome packet to insure the tenant feels at home. Easy access to your apartment especially the elevator which was a plus for me

We have lived at Altis almost a year and we love it. The apartment is spacious and the finishings are top notch. Even tough we didn't use the amenities a lot this year, they are really good, specially the pool.

Beautiful apartment and home to live in. I love the atmosphere and the apartment itself. Beauty meets budget. I have never seen a more inclusive gym than at Altis Promenade. It also has a cycling room. And the outdoor activities are amazing.

I just moved in. Service has been very pleasant and prompt. Everyone is friendly. Some residents need to clean up after their dogs better. However, management is very good about sending out bulletins to remind residents of lease terms and agreements to reinforce this.
