Resident 2007 Not Recommended
Reviewed 01/19/2007
My rent has gone from $550 a month to over $700. While the outside upgrades are nice - NO upgrades have been done inside the apartment. I have a leaky ceiling and a cracked wall. They say they raised rent because of Market prices - but which market are they looking at? These apartments are NOT anywhere close to new.

The dog park can be nice for people with dogs - but in the summer I cant open my windows or my whole house smells like dog poop (my building is 1 of 3 surrounding the dog park).

I can hear every fight my neighbors have - not to mention other things I dont want to hear.

Dont move in here - unless you want to be doing laundry in the middle of the night - thats right! It takes me 4-5 hours to dry a very small load of clothes (just socks, or maximum of 3 towels,or 2 pairs of jeans, or 4 t-shirts) I have to take sheets and blankets to the laundry mat - ridiculous.

The view from my apartment is good - but thats about it.

The drainage system sucks, and during heavy periods of rain, you are limited on where you can go in the community (or even get out).

The pool is always gross - I havent ever seen it clean, and the hot tub will make you itch for weeks.

Oh - great gym - if its open.

No more racket ball court - where did it go?

The linolium in my kitche and bath were just glued onto the old linolium - yuck, and my electric bill is huge because the AC has to constantly run to be less than 80 degrees.
