Ive had a very poor experience. When we moved in the apartment wasnt fully clean so we had to request an additional cleaning and then even clean more ourselves. The parking garage gate and outside doors for the community always seem to be broken so all the money youre paying for safety and security is worthless. Management is often entering apartments making it difficult to have a dog and the fire alarm goes off pretty often. The hot tub has been broken since we moved in and never fixed. Maintenance is extremely slow to respond to requests and doesnt call prior even when you check the box that you have a dog and would like to receive a call. We needed our toilet seat replaced and the maintenance team replaced it with one that has a hole in it, but I dont feel its worth calling again when it takes them 4 weeks to respond then then they dont call to schedule around my dog. The inside of the apartment is disappointing. Even though we clean it never really looks clean because the apartment was never well kept in between tenants. Overall, just not worth the money.
