I drove through the residence and found it to be a ghost town. The grass was rather high, the apartments where all cookie cutter; what stood out was the lack of signs warning drivers to look out for children. The streets are full of blind spots which is a hassle. If you're used to manicured landscaping -this location is sorely lacking. It seems that Graham properties really cut corners and it's a shame for the price they want to charge. Nothing really stands out, which is really unfortunate, the lack of trees to shade the walkways gives an overall unflattering grey look. From outside, the location looks to have potential, but -when you enter it reminds you of the UM dorms on 57th. The few people I did see looked working class, so, I guess they're looking to attract renters from Hialeah, which is a few blocks away; I never bothered to stop to talk to the leasing agent. I would recommend: first, drive through and around the location during the daytime before meeting the sales staff and being shown model apartment.
