This place is ----. We only live here because of close approximity to FIU. Cons- 1. Very rude employees - Specially the manager is very ill mannered. 2. Old apartments, carpets, appliances. 3. High rent compared to the service and apartment (+250 at least). 4. No security (My bi-cycle got stolen from under the house!). 5. No interest in providing service - my A/C have not been functioning properly for a long time. We have called the office about 7 times now. They always do a temporary fix, which results in a problem within a few days. I only cannot move out because I don't have enough money for next deposit :(
