We understand your frustrations and while we know renovations of popular amenities isn't ideal, we want to provide our residents with the best amenities possible. We want to do the right thing by you, which gave us a tough decision to make - to go forward and revitalize our most utilized amenities. We offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and understand that these updates come at the cost of your time living here. Although we're host to a warmer climate year-round, we believed kicking-off construction during winter months would enable us to provide updated amenity spaces to our residents in the summer; historically, when the pool is most used. Keep in mind, we did set up a temporary fitness center with all of the equipment of our previous fitness center. This space is available to all residents 24/7, making the pool the only amenity that is closed for reconstruction.
