Horrible, horrible, horrible. Stay away from this place at all costs. The staff couldn't be worse, cold and indifferent, pushed by management to fee you for any and everything. The stairs constantly smell like drugs and urine. Maintenance takes multiple calls and several months to fix just about all issues, even when they claim it's fixed it isn't. Security is a joke, I've seen them walk by as if hearing nothing during several heated altercations and fights. The halls are loud every day and the guard gate is broken half of the time and when it isn't you can just follow people in. The showers are falling apart so don't bother leaning on anything. Renter beware. Not a place for a self respecting person, especially with a family, besides it's close proximity to I-95 it has nothing to offer. I'm counting the days till my lease is over.
