This place is located in front of a Federal Prison. Those people dressed in green are not employees, they are prisoners. Have you seen the fence that keep them from your home?

Some residents are nice, some are loud. The grounds are not very well kept up. Constantly old furniture left at some of the dumpsters. The owner is more interested in profit and turning them into condos than attending to the current residents needs.See More >
