We lived there for less than a year and was glad to get out. The staff was rude with the exception of one person and they charged us for damages that were there when we moved in. I knew the kitchen counter was new because when we looked at the apartment, I commented on how beautiful it was. I also commented on the cock-eyed door. Unfortunately, the day we moved in, I noticed a mark on the cabinet as if someone had soldered something on it. I mentioned it to the maintenance man and he said he knew all about it so I wasn't worried. Surprise! We were charged for it when we left. They (the office staff) wouldn't listen to me and they wouldn't even ask the maintenance man about it. Something else; the front door was installed improperly and was cocked enough so that every time they mowed, my legs would burn from the mud flying through and it was all over the carpet. It was supposed to be fixed before we moved in and it took several months of begging to get it fixed. As a result, our electric bill was sky high. One more thing: The neighbors played their music LOUDLY until 4:30 am almost all the time. Parking was a problem. There were many nights where we couldn't park anywhere near the apartment.
