Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Unfortunately, the power outages are beyond our control as FPL is upgrading the power grid for the entire area. A communication was sent to all residents regarding this. During power fluctuations, our elevators take a few minutes to reset. With regards to the maintenance of the outdoor amenities, we'd like to get some additional information on this. Some of our team members live on the community premises, but they are not in a position to document or resolve any service requests during their off duty hours. For the convenience of residents, we have a 24-hour concierge service in the West Tower and 16-hour service in the East Tower.
