Good morning and thank you for your review. I apologize that you are having issues in your apartment. I am unaware of any current issues on the property with mold. I encourage you to stop by the office to discuss so we may properly take care of it. The mold addendum is to protect both you and the property if there are any signs of mold in your apartment. Of course we want to take care of it this is why the mold addendum you sign states to report it to the office immediately so we may take care of it right away. Yes the property is an older community built in 1986. And with a lot of older communities you are going to hear some noise. However, just like any community out here in this area you are going to pay for all the upgrades that you will get. We pride ourselves in being able to offer the rates that we do being located in the Trinity area since our apartments are not fully upgraded. But, our apartments are very nice for their age. We have had this community for only two years now and are looking forward to the changes that will be coming for this new year. Some of the changes do include renovating the interiors of the apartments and some exterior work. With regards to the parking issues....we are trying to come up with a plan to alleviate this situation. One idea we are juggling with is giving residents a parking permit sticker so that any guests will have to park in the back of the community so that all the residents can park in front of their building. Again, I strongly urge you to come to the office to discuss any issues you are having with your apartment. I have an open door policy and available to speak with you. Have a wonderful day!

Thank you very much for your review. I do apologize that we did not meet your expectations in our Laundry area. We take great pride in keeping all of our amenities clean and maintained. It has been cleaned and will be monitored. As for the buildings, as you may know we have managed this property for two years and have spectacular changes that are coming within the next year to include all wood repair and painting of all of our buildings. We will also be working to improve the sidewalks. Our grounds are very well maintained. The issue with the dogs is unfortunate however we will keep our efforts going to maintain the grounds and the feces as well. We do have an option to hire a company to clean up the property every week and we have considered it but this also means an increase in the pet rent for every resident on the property including those who clean up after their dogs. I do encourage the residents if they do know who is not cleaning up after their pets to please let a staff member know so it can be addressed. I am very surprised by your comment that we are stand offish and not happy to help as we strive to give great customer service with every interaction. We acknowledge our residents when outside on the property as well. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. My door is always open. And I would welcome your feedback personally. Again we always appreciate constructive feedback that can help us improve our community and the residents we love.

As always we appreciate all feedback. I apologize that you feel this way. I have an open door policy and you know you can come talk to me anytime as you have before to let me know of the issues that you are having. We have had issues with dog feces and we have been trying to come up with a resolution. I have installed 2 dog waste stations since I have been here to try and alleviate the problem. Maintenance walks the grounds every morning to clean up as well as throughout the day. We take pride to keep this community clean and as always ask the residents to help by not throwing their garbage on the grounds and to clean up after their dog. However, we are looking into hiring a company that will come out and clean up the property of this issue. Also, where is the smell of rotting trash? I have never had any complaints regarding this. Our dumpsters are emptied 3 times a week. Please let me know which dumpster and I will see what I can do to have it cleaned out. With regards to the bugs we do have pest control that comes out every Friday to treat those apartments that have called. Also if you have mold inside your apartment I need to know so maintenance can enter and make all necessary repairs and clean up. As to the all other issues you have mentioned, if you are able to let me know where all of these people are I will be more than ecstatic to handle this. We love this community and definitely do not want any of these kind of issues here that would disallow any of the residents to enjoy their homes. This behavior is definitely unacceptable. Please don't come to this website to talk bad about the community and it's employees come talk to me or call me so I can resolve the issue. This is not a bad community. We have residents that have been living here for 15 and even more than 20 years and it is my intention to make sure they keep enjoying it as well as everyone else who chooses to live here.

I am very sorry that you had a bad experience here. I'm not sure when it was that you lived here but we have been under new owners and management for a year now and have been doing a few things to improve the look of the community and service to our residents. We do pride ourselves in making sure that our residents are very well taken care of. We also do background checks on everyone that applies at our community, unfortunately we have no control on who lives in surrounding areas. Also, we do not just charge fees upon move out, we do take pictures of any damages above wear and tear for backup and encourage an inspection do be done with the resident and management at move out so we are all on the same page and there are no surprises. We have a few residents here that have been living here for 20+ years and continue to renew with us. Again I apologize that you had a bad experience while you lived here and can guarantee that we always have our residents best interest at heart.

I am very sorry that you have decided to move from the community as we like to retain long term residents, which is great for the community and neighborhood. Unfortunately sometimes we fix what we think is the issue with the AC and it ends up being something else and from time to time, we may need to call in an outside contractor. I can assure you that NO ONE at the property is related to one another. WE pride ourselves on hiring the most competent associates and being related is against company policy. As for the moving out of residents, this is the busiest time of the year for relocation, job transfers etc as now school is out. If you would like to send a list of items wrong in your apartment so that we can correct them, please feel free to do so and I can assure you that ALL of the items will be properly taken care of. I apologize you feel this way. We are in the process of making improvements to the exterior of the community as it is needed. The roofs are dirty and we are working very diligently to get them clean. Unfortunately the weather hasn't been very cooperative. With regards to maintenance, if you have an emergency call at that time they are going to come to your apartment to resolve the issue. If it's an issue in your neighbor's apartment that may affect you, then yes they are going to knock on your door to make sure you are not being affected and if you are they will need to resolve it. I have an open door policy and always welcome anyone to call me or stop by the office to address any concerns you may have as we want to make sure our residents are happy and stay with us for a long time.
