Intracoastal Yacht Club

Before I lived at Intracoastal, I made the huge mistake of renting from a private owner. I had to pay first, last and security although my credit score is above 700. Maintenance request took for ever, the apartment was nicely renovated, but the building was old and smelly, and to top it off, I was asked to move because the owner was selling the apartment 6 months after I moved in!

IYC is a very nice building and maintenance is very prompt with the requests. (What a change) The gym is very nice with a special section for cardio (I bring my own towel)

I am very satisfied with the overall management and the way the building is maintained. The apartment is not huge, but is nice and confortable (with washer and dryer).

Believe me, it is way better than renting from people that don't care about you or your problems with the apartment!

...and to those complaining about the high deposits, maybe they should be honest and say that their credit sucks and try to fix their credit score before they expect to move in with $99.00. Did anyone tell them that having good credit has its rewards???
I know that, I moved in with very little money.
