the washing machines don't work and the staff does nothing to fix it, the building is dirty and the garbage accumulates, ask before renting since they just want to tell you what they want you to hear, be careful

The apartments are big and spacious.. the office staff is really nice, professional and always willing to help you! The community is good, the only problem is the parking because some people just park wherever they want and sometimes make hard for other people.

Pet friendly! Awesome LANDSCAPE, very easy to access from I-95 or Biscayne, plenty of parking spaces, very quiet neighborhood and most important the leasing office were super helpful at all times, specially Miriam she was awesome while i was going thru all the moving process

I love how quiet it is and now spacious the apartments are. I also love the location, and how close I am to Aventura and North Beach. It's dog friendly with direct access into Greynolds Park. Its also gated and super safe.
