When new managers took over 3-5 years ago, things got better for a while, but soon things got are as bad as they were 15 years ago. There is graffiti on the inside walls that stays up for months, the stench in the trash rooms and hallways is unbearable most of the year, the parking is worse than ever, the floor lobby windows are nailed shut again, even in winter, so the stale air just keeps going around the building over and over, the mailboxes are broken and don't get fixed (must be done by B.P.), the rents are almost as much as other places in the county, the neighborhood schools suck, and the people they've been letting in don't know how to live and "play well with others". The improvement: the elevators are rarely out-of-order these days -- constant Fire Dept. fines made them fix them at last.
