This is the WORST place I've ever lived. Notice a bunch of 5 star reviews together? They give away TVs in a raffle to get a better score. They are very rude, and maintenance never fixed one problem. Our move in day took 2 hours to get keys, and so much stuff was damaged but we already signed the lease and they promised to get it fixed. After 3 floods, and everything from the original move in date still broken, we left. Eidy (property manager) can't be bothered to help unless it's to gain something, like your move in date. She couldn't even stick her head out if her office that was 5 feet away on an entire day because she was too busy. Holly is her fall back, she gets holly to make promises and them Eidy doesn't like them so they just lie and say they never promised that. NEVER MOVE HERE. I live in a great place now and I'm not writing this because I'm bitter, I'm writing it because Arium headquarters doesn't understand the horrible place they are running in Orange Park or they just don't care.
