Maintenance takes some pestering to get them to finally fix things but they are nice and polite. Building is old and they won't replace things like windows or A/C unless its ABSOLUTELY necessary. Roaches come every few months to stay for a couple weeks.

The apartments are spacious within a reasonable budget. Staff in office is friendly. They accept larger pets and have a great dog park area. My son loves the soccer fields and playground area. Residents are friendly and helpful.

It has been my home for a least 14 years with access to good schools, pharmacy, supermarket and gas station. Apartments have an excellent closet space and bedrooms are big in compare to the new apartments.
