The amenities were 24 hours when we leased which is why we least to begin with because we work odd hours. Now with new management , all of that has changed and now we do not have access to clubhouse amenities at all with our schedule . The cleanliness of the building where we reside which is in the same building where the leasing office is, is very dirty and smells of garbage along with the elevator . The elevator is the slowest elevator Ive ever experienced. Basically youre paying for the location because the cost of the rent isnt justified in my opinion based on the experience weve had and unfortunately, our excitement to move into this community was very short lived due to the changes that have restricted us from enjoying where we reside. The courtesy officer treats resident like criminals when relaying information or enforcing rules of the community. This to me, is very poor management and resident customer service as this is our home and pay ON TIME and take care of our community. It is unlikely that we will be renewing or referring anyone we know to this community or any community managed by this company . The only person in this new management team that has been very kind and diligent with all changes has been the new assistant manager Sandra.
