My experience with Belle Isle was a very long one. It took the rental company (Concord) five months to process my application. However my Leasing Agent Nancy Diaz keep me informed and up to date in the process, if it wasn't for her and Adriana Oquendo the PHA Ambasador for Concord I would have been homeless. My transition here from Connecticut was very challenging and overwhelming. My suggestion is for the the Leasing office to have a check list for all documentation needed at the beginning of the application process. This will be very helpful for future tenants, as well making it less stressful for the leasing officers, who have to be dealing with constant phone calls and having their hands tied in the process. I am very great-full for Nancy having so much patients and keeping a positive attitude. I Wish all feuture residents good luck, and ask for Nancy she is one of the BEST!!!!!
