When i first moved here I loved it but a few months ago everything started to change. Its supposed to be a gated community after 6 but Ive been here over a year now and gate only worked for a few months and its been broken most of the time I've been here. Nobody follows the rules so even though you are required a sticker on your car to be able to park here, nobody follows that so always have to park very far. Only small dogs are allowed and yet Ive seen pitbulls around. Safety is not the best either, my sons bycicle was stolen right in front of our apt. Maintenance requests sometimes are solved quickly but at times Ive had to wait over two weeks before they come and fix the issue. Most if the staff is super nice, but they should explain everything throughly like for example that my rent can go up before my lease is up and without notice. It is a nice area close to everything but you can hear every single airplane. Also, i feel like a lot of inconsiderate people have been moving here. Most of the surroundings are usually clean except for the garbage area.
