I moved in last year and signed a seven mo lease, then renewed in March. The staff is very attentive and nice. (esp Diane). Maintanence is done immediately upon asking. I feel very safe, which is saying something considering all the reviews I have been reading for other complexes. I am in my 30s and the population is largely over 50 but that is a plus not a minus to me. Everyone waves and watches out for one another. My only complaint is that the hot tub is NOT HOT. And to me that is very bothersome since it is one of the things I liked most about my last apartment. I understand that is is due to the liability, but seriously, most tenants are well out of there twenties and are more responsible and almost all complexes around us have a hot hot tub.
