We rented at Bocage Apartments over five years, always paying full rent promptly. Then our lease was not renewed with no reason given. Later we found the maintenance people who entered monthly for bug spraying and air filter change would report anything they didn't like. We were forced to move abruptly and had to leave some possessions behind. Although there were no damages to the apartment, the Bocage manager did indeed register "damages" ... dust and some minor soiling. Our entire month's security, and over two weeks pre-paid rent... were kept by Bocage to pay for "damages." Since they are well-connected legally, we realized it was useless to hire an attorney and fight them. On the last day we left, two other apartment renters were leaving as well! Bocage is indeed a good place to get out of... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.
