Stay clear of renting from Bocage Village. My roommate and myself lived there for 7 years and everything appeared wonderful and great. We spoke very highly of the property and staff. But since we have moved out 2 months ago our opinion has dramatically changed. Anybody who knows myself and my roommate knows we are not destructive people. But upon our exit we are hit with a $3000 damage bill. The manage Peggy Ann is nothing but a liar and a pathetic unethical person. She is just making us pay for the apartment to get rented to the next tenant. She also personally attacked us in a dispute letter back to us. So unprofessional and unkind. We were very quiet good tenants that caused no problems and never asked for anything. Which I'm beginning to realize that we should have hounded them to fix things and replace things in the apartment at renewal time so we wouldn't get hit with the replacement bills. Please stay away from this place and if you currently live there start saving your money for your exit. Because Peggy Ann will find a reason to charge you.
