I read the most recent review and the comment made about the manager Peggyann seems be attacking her for her doing her job. I know when I was going to move I was told the apartment would be reviewed by maintenance supervisor since he puts the apartments together and then gives the charges to the manager to write up. But my experience here at Bocage has been wonderful and the staff is always helpful and maintenance gets the repairs done in a timely fashion. I 'm very happy to be here at Bocage instead of one ofthe apartments complexes down the street that managers let the residents run the community and maintenance never shows for repairs. Bocage has residents that have lived in the community from 20 years to 1 year. There is not alot of communities that can say they have residents living in the community for 20 years. Bocage must be doing something right.
