Good quality apartments and inexpensive rent. I moved to Campus Crossings because it is both close to UCF and affordable. It's often labelled "------," but I have to disagree. Having personally lived in bad neighborhoods most of my life, I'd say Campus Crossings is actually rather nice. Yes I might see a shady character once in a while, but no one has ever bothered me. With that being said, the apartments are also decent. The walls aren't paper thin like other places, we haven't had any bug problems, and the maintenance has always fixed things in a timely manner. Although the staff in the office does not communicate well with each other, they are friendly and understanding, and whenever I've had an issue they've been able to help me. Also, it's right across the street from a Walgreens which has constantly proved to be super convenient.
