I just read a review on your website regarding the building addressed 1735 Gurtler in the Lake Invanhoe Apts. They reported that the building is haunted by a little girl named Stephanie with strange sounds coming from the building and sudden temp changes out of nowhere. I lived at that address about 7-8 months ago, in the top right-hand apt and I never once saw this little girl. I did, in fact, hear stange noises in the middle of the night...only to get up and realize that there was ALWAYS a party going on outside of my window. On several ocassions however, there WAS a sudden temp change...but turns out the air conditioning unit that I had for my apartment was 50 years old and needed to be replaced. I am not sure if that last review was written as a halloween joke...but it is far from true. If you live in 1735, sleep easy at night knowing that the only thing that will haunt you is how little sleep you get between the loud nieghbors around you and the train that comes by every hour or so.
