Management is terrible. Communication is poor. They consistently ask you to write a review, so here I am. They provide inconsistent information such as move-in times or when your key is ready. Not to mention, residents were given incorrect dates regarding termite spraying. As a result, residents were out of their apartment for up to 5 days. This was not on Massey's end- this was Lakeside. When this lease is over, I will be moving.
