I would not recommend this apartment complex due to the simple fact of 1.Maintenance requests at times are closed but not done properly. 2. RENT increases every year. 3.Tenant Coordinator Carolina is extremely rude and has poor customer service. The complex is being renovated on the outside but the inside needs revamping including carpets,walls,plumbing,A/C units etc..If you want to be happy it best to try and get a home and not waste your hard earned money on rent and then having to deal with management who are rude and dont generally care for people except Maria;One has to try to get in contact with them multiple times to try and get a resolution weather construction ,Maintenance or a general concern.Maria and Jasmine at the leasing office are cordial they have improved as far as there tone and having compassion for tenants, but corporate needs to think about there loyal residents and just because something doesn't affect them as far as we are the ones c9ming home to the dark because the light is out that needs to be sick or we are the ones living in apartment with mold on A/C or termites flying at night,You Must have a better understanding for your residents and those that have to work for you i.e Ladies in the office having to deal with complaints!!.JRK needs to go through TRACTION That is my recommendation. Once my lease is over I don't plan on staying another year ..
