Do not believe the good reviews I over heard one of the staff members saying that they are writing reviews for the apartments. Don't believe the pictures online the apartment look old in the inside , all they used to renovate was cheap white paint and a cheap carpet stove and fridge ,very small very ugly, and they will charge u for anything. The office staff are rude especially Maria, she think shes top ---- because shes living for free in the apartment and she's nosey as hell along with her ugly --- husband they are peeping Tom's watching everyone s apartment like if your not allowed to have visitors it's almost like living in a boot camp.Your rent will never be what it suppose to be, they never explain or show proof of what the extra charge is, so I was 2 weeks late and they where notified even before I was late and they threatened to evict me and charge me $4700 for being late, that extra money they put in their pockets. They were renovating and the people doing the constuction left us with out a window for 2 days and they wanted the house keys and they would stick their head in through the window without permission. They are fraud. Just look at all the bad reviews. The apartment got flooded with water and they did nothing about it. Corporate needs to fire all staff, replace them asap.
