Moving here means not getting any sleep. So many neighbors blast their music day and night that the bass rumbles through the walls. And not just a single building, almost all of them. Noise complaints go unanswered and the courtesy patrol will just tell you to call the non emergency line only to have those officers never show up. Staff is rude. Maria won't even look at you if you talk to her. She will be quick to tell you "you have to deal with it" if you have a complaint. Complaints will often go unanswered. Parking is spacious, trash does not pile up even when people throw out bulk items and the pool, common area, gym, courts and pier are really nice. Laundry room is kind of dirty but not to the point where you don't want to walk in. The buildings are being remodeled and set to look like luxury but that is only the outside. Inside the floors and ceilings are so warped I stood on a tile one day and it broke in half. The carpet is coming out and I have to constantly nail it back in. A lot of hornets and ants too. I am on the top floor and constantly hear animals running around in the roof, even with the neighbors' music blasting. I came here because I had no other alternative and frankly it feels I made a great mistake. As soon as I get the money I'm breaching contract, breaking the lease and moving somewhere better.
