We started living at Mallard cove in the middle of 2006. At first it was not a bad community, it was very quiet with ok neighbors. During the first year, we never had any problems whatsoever. However, the tenants were moving out, and in order to fill their apartments, the management rented out the place to complete crackheads. I don't think they ever checked background on anybody - it feels as if all the management wanted to do is to rent the apartments out, not caring for who moves in. I began hearing people outside of my door having arguments about cocaine bags, people were fighting, and weird teenagers began hanging out on the staircases. The management, by the way, doesn't care about loud music, so if you like to feel your mirrors vibrate and your floor shake day after day, go ahead and move in. As I said, in the beginning of 2007, everything changed, and now more and more people are moving out of this crack hole.
