I lived at Mallard cove for over a year...I had no air conditioning for a year!! I complained and complained and complained..I had to finally email there corporate office and threaten them with a lawyer. There were several other complaints I had. All were repairs that were never fixed before I moved in. They showed me one apartment and gave me a completely different one. I had no choice but to live at mallard cove because I had just moved back into town and was in a rush. The pool at one point in the year had green water for over a month. The washer and dryers on site did not work. I talked to my neighbors and they all had complaints too. The apartments underneath mine were gutted and never finished. I have all old appliances. There were many other complaints I had as well.The managment staff at mallard cove were very rude and unprofessional as well. They did not care about anyone or anything!! I was paying alot of money for living in a -----hole!! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Even my worst enemies.
